WAYS TO GIVE
There are many ways you can contribute to Westmark School. Every gift to our school, regardless of its size, sends a strong message that we are committed to our students, their education, and the future of Westmark School.

Matching Gifts

MATCHING GIFTS
Gift matching is a way to increase the value of your own charitable gift through your employer. If you work for a company that matches gifts, you can double or triple the value of your contribution! Contact your Human Resources Department for eligibility information and to obtain a matching gift form, and follow your employer's matching gift procedures.

LET YOUR COMPANY DOUBLE OR TRIPLE YOUR IMPACT
Many employers sponsor matching gift programs to match charitable contributions made by their employees. Gifts from employees' spouses and retirees may also qualify for a match. Search to find out if your employer has a matching gift program.

Use the search box to determine if your company will match your donation and to access forms, guidelines and instructions.

  • MAKE A GIFT!

A gift should be made in an amount that is meaningful and generous for your family! A gift —no matter the size—makes an immediate and lasting impact on the students. Your gift will be used to further develop the Westmark School community. We appreciate your support...GO LIONS.

Gifts of Cash, Check or Credit Card

GIFTS OF CASH, CHECK, OR CREDIT CARD
Westmark School is pleased to accept contributions made by cash, check or credit card. These gifts are tax deductible in the year the donation is given. Please make checks payable to Westmark School. To make a secure online donation with your credit card, please CLICK HERE. To download a donation form which you can complete and mail to the school, please CLICK HERE. For more information, please contact Elizabeth Curtis at (818) 986-5045 ext. 316, or email ecurtis@westmarkschool.org.

Stocks / Securities

STOCKS / SECURITIES
You may achieve tax savings by making your gift via stocks or other capital assets. If you donate appreciated, marketable securities that you have owned for more than one year and one day, you may receive a charitable deduction for the full market value on the date of the transfer. Neither you nor Westmark School would be required to pay capital gains tax on this type of gift. If you have securities that have decreased in value, you may be able to take a deductible loss when you sell the stocks and donate the proceeds.

Bequests / Planned Giving

BEQUESTS / PLANNED GIVING
A bequest to Westmark School will provide vital and sustaining support for the students and the school now, and in the future. You can make this important commitment by including Westmark in your will and/or other charitable gift plans. Bequests of a specific cash amount or estate percentage are often included as a simple, practical means of providing a lasting major gift to Westmark. For information about how you can make a planned gift to Westmark School, please contact Elizabeth Curtis, Director of Advancement at ecurtis@westmarkschool.org. Westmark School recommends that you consult with a qualified estate planning attorney when drafting your will or other estate planning documents.

Make a Pledge

MAKE A PLEDGE
You may make a pledge to the Westmark Fund or other areas by contacting Elizabeth Curtis at (818) 986-5045 ext.316 or emailing ecurtis@westmarkschool.org. Pledges can be satisfied through a single contribution or in multiple installments, at a time that is convenient for you. If your gift is to the Westmark Fund, all final payments are due no later than June 30 in the school year your gift was pledged.

LET YOUR COMPANY DOUBLE OR TRIPLE YOUR IMPACT
