In order to maintain a safe environment for a growing number of students with severe peanut/tree-nut allergies, we ask that no nuts be brought to school. Foods sent in for snack, lunch or any class event should be carefully checked to make sure they are peanut/tree-nut free. Classroom celebrations must also abide by our nut-sensitive policy. With your cooperation, we can drastically diminish the possibility of a child getting sick due to coming in contact with nuts. For questions or more information, please contact our school nurse, Vanita Star, firstname.lastname@example.org.
